Rodrigo de Almeida
Founder, Managing Partner
Born into a family of entrepreneurs, Rodrigo understands the highs and lows of running a business. This firsthand experience brings a realistic perspective and unwavering commitment to leading and creating growth opportunities for all.
Seasoned entrepreneurial leader with 20+ years of experience driving growth across diverse industries (e.g., Life Sciences, Industry, Banking) and geographies.
Proven ability to develop strategic plans, build high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional results. Strong expertise in leadership and strategy, Commercial, and Finance. Successfully implemented strategic and operational plans that boosted growth, transformed organisations, and empowered and inspired people.
Rodrigo earned an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School.
He grew up in Portugal and moved to the UK with his partner about +10 years ago. In his free time, Rodrigo enjoys spending time with his partner and his son, playing football/tennis, exploring new geographies, and spending time with friends.
Being raised in a family business and serving in multiple leadership roles at multinationals across several sectors has prepared me to succeed in this opportunity. Let us take your legacy forward!
